McCandlish Holton seeks an associate to join our Workers’ Compensation practice in Richmond, VA. Our attorneys handle all phases of workers’ compensation litigation including hearings and appeals before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, must be detail oriented, superior research and writing skills, capable of confident and articulate self-expression, and possess an excellent academic record. Virginia Bar required.
