Sean is an attorney in the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. Sean practices out of Virginia Beach, though, like all of our attorneys, he provides statewide coverage. Sean represents corporations, businesses, and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters throughout Virginia. He graduated from Virginia Tech in 1991 and the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1998.
Before joining McCandlish Holton, Sean worked at a Richmond-based insurance firm for 19 years, defending clients in workers' compensation matters. Prior to returning to Virginia, Sean practiced in Atlanta, Georgia, for seven years, specializing in workers' compensation and FELA (railroad) defense litigation, representing employers and insurance companies.
