Gordon is an Associate in the Immigration Practice Group. He focuses on work visas and green cards for healthcare professionals, and others with specialized training working in the US.
Gordon graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law. During law school, he served as a Teaching assistant to a professor of appellate advocacy, as well as, a Research Assistant focusing on UCC Article 4 and Article 4a, and assisted in authoring a banking law treatise section on Remote Deposit Capture and ACH conversion.
Prior to joining McCandlish Holton, Gordon worked in a boutique law firm that specializes in claims and settlement administration for complex claims as a case manager on the NFL Concussion Settlement Project, investigating claims pursuant to the guidelines of the Settlement Agreement.
Prior to attending law school, Gordon worked as a touring musician and stage actor. When not assisting clients, he enjoys rock climbing and amateur astrophotography.
