Allison R. Bennett is an associate in the Civil Litigation practice group. Her practice includes premises liability, trucking litigation, personal injury defense, and commercial disputes.
Allison earned her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, concentrating her studies on litigation, negotiation and mediation, family law, and estate law. Prior to joining the McCandlish Holton, Allison worked as a plaintiff’s attorney at a small firm where she advocated for injured plaintiffs in personal injury cases involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, as well as premises liability claims.
When not assisting clients, Allison enjoys watching old movies, reading, sewing, and spending time with her two cats, Fergus and Fred.
