Rachel is an Associate in the Immigration Practice Group. She focuses her practice on work visas and green cards for university faculty, technology professionals, healthcare professionals and others with specialized training working in the United States.
Rachel received her J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, she participated in the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services, where she prepared and filed a complete asylum application and represented the client in immigration court.
Before joining McCandlish Holton as an attorney, Rachel worked as an immigration paralegal. She also interned at an immigration law firm during law school, where she focused on work visas, asylum filings, and cancellation of removal.
When not assisting clients, Rachel enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with her husband and rescue dog.
