• Won judgment in favor of home builder seeking court approval of proposed construction in opposition to neighborhood’s refusal to approve plan pursuant to restrictive covenants.     
• Represented national scaffolding manufacturer in multimillion dollar indemnification action for damages to technology manufacturing facility during construction work.
• Represents public utility in easement disputes.
• Representation of commercial landlords and tenants in lease disputes and defaults.

• Defense verdict on damages as first chair in jury trial of a traumatic brain injury claim.
• Defense verdict on liability as first chair in commercial vehicle personal injury trial in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
• Defended employee in wrongful death civil action resulting from double-fatality accident in work vehicle.
• Defense of commercial equipment rental company in product liability actions arising from worksite injuries occurring at a manufacturing plant and at site of aircraft carrier refueling and overhaul.
• Defense of high stakes personal injury actions, including wrongful death claims, with at least ten jury trials through verdict as first chair.
