Malcolm’s practice primarily focuses on representing individuals throughout Virginia. Malcolm also has experience representing corporations and small businesses in the Commonwealth, as well.
Malcolm earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, PA, where he was the President of the Black Law Students Association. Malcolm also competed in the Trial Advocacy program at several national competitions, and his team reached the national semi-finals of the 2021 National All-Stars Mock Trial Invitational, where Malcolm was honored with an Individual Outstanding Advocate Award.
Prior to joining McCandlish Holton, Malcolm worked in the Pittsburgh office of a Philadelphia-based insurance defense firm, defending clients in mostly premises liability and personal injury matters
