Kyle is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group. His practices focuses primarily on Truck drivers and Trucking Companies to handle accident claims.
Kyle is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and the University of Richmond School of Law. He previously served in the United States Marine Corps as a Prosecutor and as a Legal Advisor to Commanders. He spent time embedded with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) to assist criminal investigations and prosecutions. Due to his experiences, Kyle is experienced in handling complex and sensitive issues based on the needs of his clients.
