Joe has a diverse civil litigation practice focused on the areas of premises liability, trucking litigation, personal injury, and commercial disputes. He also has extensive experience handling mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Gibson S. Wright, Rising Stars Honoree
"Gibby" is a Director in the Litigation Practice Group. He assists clients in commercial and personal injury litigation, construction law, and real estate disputes and litigation.
Gordon is an associate in the Immigration Practice Group. He focuses on work visas and green cards for healthcare professionals and others with specialized training working in the US.
Lex represents parties in a wide range of civil litigation matters including products liability; life, health, and disability matters; construction matters; trucking claims, insurance agent-broker liability, premise and retail liability, community association liability, and insurance coverage disputes. His experience also includes providing insurance coverage opinions, mediation, binding arbitration and inter-company insurance procedures.
James M. Snyder, Super Lawyers Honoree
Jim is a trial lawyer and Director in the Litigation Practice Group. He represents insureds, insurance carriers and self-insured entities, focusing on automobile and truck accidents, slip/trip and fall claims, and product liability lawsuits.
Allison R. Bennett, Rising Stars Honoree
Allison is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Her practice includes premises liability, trucking litigation, personal injury defense, and commercial disputes.
"Cam" devotes his practice to civil litigation with a focus on trucking defense, retail and products liability, and commercial disputes. He also has experience in numerous construction matters. His extensive jury trial experience includes over sixty jury trials throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, in both state and federal court.
Amanda T. Belliveau, Super Lawyers Honoree
Amanda serves as the Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Group. She advises employers and insurance carriers on the defense and resolution of workers’ compensation claims, including liens and subrogation, child support, and Medicare. Amanda has extensive experience defending injuries by accident and occupational disease claims.
Eva represents employers and insurance carriers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims in Virginia. She defends employers and carriers throughout the entire litigation process, including hearings, mediations, and appellate work before the Full Commission, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court of Virginia.
