Randy is an associate in the Litigation practice group.
Randy joins McCandlish Holton from the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia where he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Litigation Division. He was primarily responsible for tort and contract claims. Prior to that, Randy was a law clerk in Northern Virginia for the Honorable John M. Tran in the Fairfax Circuit Court.
While earning his law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary, Randy was a D.C. Runner-up in the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition, and a D.C. Finalist in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
