Britt is an associate in the Litigation practice group with experience in corporate litigation, contracts, licensing agreements, and creditors' rights, including Chapter 7 Trustee in all aspects of bankruptcy process and proceedings.
While earning her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, Britt served as a volunteer at the Carrico Center for Pro Bono Service where she argues a case before writ panel of the Virginia Supreme Court. Britt gained additional experience with the judicial system as a judicial intern for the Magistrate Judge at the United States District Court for the Eastern District, commonly known as the Rocket Docket.
