Brad is an Associate with the Immigration Practice Group. He focuses on work visas and green cards for university faculty and researchers, as well as international managers, and professionals working in the US.
Brad graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to Judge Marla Decker on the Virginia Court of Appeal. Brad interned at the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, the Colonial Heights Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, and the Petersburg Public Defender Office.
Prior to joining McCandlish Holton, Brad served as the law clerk to Judge C.N. Jenkins, Jr. and Judge Bradley B. Cavedo at the Circuit Court for the City of Richmond.
Brad is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina.
