On June 5, 2009, Jennifer A. Minear spoke at the national conference of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association on the topic of J-1 clinical waivers for foreign medical graduates.
Jennifer co-authored “Clinical J-1 Waivers – A Primer,” which appears in the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association Immigration & Nationality Law Handbook (2009-2010). She also authored “Getting the Green Card on the Five Year Plan: National Interest Waivers for Clinical Physicians,” in Immigration Options for Physicians (3rd edition, 2009).
She has also been chosen to serve on the 2009-2010 Healthcare Professional/Physicians Committee of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association.
