Emily is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on labor and employment law, in addition to assisting clients with general commercial litigation needs.
Prior to law school, Emily taught Latin in Chesterfield County. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her Master of Arts in Classics from the University of Texas.
At the University of Richmond School of Law, Emily was a member of the McNeill Law Society and the Moot Court Board and served as Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Technology.
Emily is a member of the Order of the Barristers and the American Bar Association. She was recognized as a Virginia Rising Star in 2009.
