Andrea is an Associate in the Immigration Practice Group at McCandlish Holton, PC. Her practice focuses on assisting corporate clients with their immigration issues, including: Managing immigration caseload for multinational corporations in finance and other industries Analyzing legal issues and advising clients on issues of eligibility and strategic considerations for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions

• Developing and managing labor certification programs for companies and preparing labor certification applications under the PERM program
• Assisting with international transfers of managers, executives and specialized knowledge workers
• Preparing H-1B visas for professional workers
• Assisting corporations with I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification compliance
• Preparing visa petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability

Prior to joining the firm, Andrea practiced immigration law at the New York firm, Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty LLP, and the Atlanta firm, Schwartz, Kuck & Associates. Andrea is a graduate of The University of Georgia and received her law degree from Mercer University in 1995. Andrea is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, as well as member of both the Georgia and Virginia bars.
