Jennifer Minear

Jennifer is an Associate in the Immigration Practice Group. Her practice focuses on employment-based petitions and applications on behalf of employers and foreign workers seeking temporary and permanent employment in the United States. She also advises and represents individual clients on family-based immigration matters, immigration self-petitions and citizenship applications.  Jennifer is a frequent panelist on national teleconferences regarding the representation of foreign medical graduates and has been named among the “Legal Elite” in the practice of immigration law by Virginia Business magazine.   She sits on the Healthcare Professional/Physicians Committee of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association and is a member of the Foreign Medical Graduate Taskforce.
