Gail M. Deady
Associate
Gail is a member of the litigation group and represents clients in insurance defense, premises liability defense, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy and business litigation in Virginia state and federal courts.
Gail is a graduate of The College of William and Mary and of the Washington and Lee University School of Law. As a law student, Gail provided pro bono legal representation to residents of central Virginia and appeared in court on their behalf through the Third Year Practice Rule of the Virginia Supreme Court. Gail is currently a volunteer attorney at Central Virginia Legal Aid Society, where she provides pro bono representation to clients in family law, housing and public benefits matters.
While in law school, Gail served as an Articles Editor of the Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice and as President of the Washington and Lee Women Law Students Organization.
