Our office is located in the Bank of America building in downtown Richmond.

From I-95:

Take exit 74A (Downtown Expressway). Bear to the right and take the first exit onto Canal Street. Be prepared to pay the toll (20 cents). Exact change is often necessary at this toll. Move into the right lane and turn right at the first light, 10th Street. Make the next right onto Cary Street. The Bank of America parking deck will be on your left.

From the Northwest:

I-64 East to Exit 186, the Downtown Expressway/I-195 S/Laburnum Ave to Powhite Parkway. Stay in the right lanes, travel approximately 2.2 miles, and take the 3rd exit off of I-195 S, towards “Downtown” (please note that the sign does not say “Downtown Expressway” but just “Downtown”).  Be prepared to pay the $.50 toll.  Continue 2.8 miles to the 7th and 9th Street exit and stay to the right as you exit. Turn left at the 2nd light, which is 10th Street. Continue for 2 blocks and turn right onto Cary Street. The Bank of America parking deck will be on your left. 

From the Southeast:

I-64 to I-95 South. Take exit 74A (Downtown Expressway). Bear to the right and take the first exit onto Canal Street. Be prepared to pay the toll (20 cents). Exact change is often necessary at this toll. Move into the right lane and turn right at the first light, 10th Street. Make the next right onto Cary Street. The Bank of America parking deck will be on your left.

From Richmond International Airport

Take S. Airport Drive/VA - 156-N. Merge onto 64W toward Richmond. Stay in the middle lane. Take the 5th Street exit at the I-64/I-95 split and follow it to Cary Street. Turn left. Be prepared to turn left into the Bank of America parking deck after crossing over 10th Street.

Parking:

Parking is available in the Bank of America parking deck on Cary Street. Visitor parking is located on the lower floors. To reach it, bear left for daily parking.  Take the elevator or stairs to the Plaza level, exiting into the Bank of America lobby. Use the elevator bank marked 14th-24th floors to reach our 15th floor offices. Please bring your parking ticket with you to have it validated by our receptionist.
